Reservation and check-in

Check-in time is 10:00 AM and check-out time is 9:00 AM. At least one guest must be 18 years of age or older. Guests are required to present a valid photo identity card at check-in.

Payments and refunds

Advance payment made online is non-refundable if cancelled by the customer. Refunds, if applicable, are initiated within 48 hours and credited within 5-7 working days via the same payment mode used for booking. The total liability for the booking is limited to the amount paid to us.

Booking adjustments

• To make modifications or cancellations, please login to the “Cancel/Reschedule Booking” section on the booking page.
• If booking is cancelled within 3 days, one day room charges will apply as retention charge and the advance paid amount will be forfeited.
• No refunds apply for No-Shows, Early Check-out, or cancellations after check-in.

Property rules

• No events will be permitted after 10.00 PM.
• Alcohol, drinks and outside eatables are not allowed on the premises.
• No complimentary rooms.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where fraudulent, inappropriate, or mistaken booking activity is identified.
